Information about the Big Green Bus: The eco-bus is a showcase for sustainable living – the fittings, flooring, paints, textiles and lighting have all been carefully chosen from recycled or sustainable sources, to demonstrate some of the choices you can make in your own home. The bus is packed with energy-saving ideas and devices, water-saving gadgets, natural products for skincare and cleaning, examples of eco-friendly insulation, eco-paints and clothing made from sustainable crops, wormeries, composting systems and recycled garden containers, and much more besides. Outside, we have more interactive displays and a 'pedal powered smoothie maker'! For more information see The Big Green Idea

Once we're at the event on Saturday, we have teamed up with...
Easygreen Exeter http://www.easygreenexeter.org/
Low Carbon Exeter http://www.lowcarbonexeter.org.uk/ and
Energy Saving Trust South West http://www.energysavingtrust.org.uk/Energy-Saving-Trust-advice-centre-South-West to create a sort of one (bus) stop shop!

All the above organisations will be sending people along for the day to help out and talk to bus visitors, and direct them to local help and follow-up support if they require it.
